To increase its members’ understanding and knowledge of pumping systems and plumbing in building and factory plans including selection, operation and maintenance, McKarlen in collaboration with IKEI was organizing a one-day seminar which took place on 4th August 2018 at Grand Zhuri Serpong . According to Budiman as the director of PT. McKarlen Asia Pacific this seminar can help in increasing productivity and reducing costly downtime.
“It is important to understand what a pump is and how it works in order to solve problems”, said Budiman. The seminar was attended by IKEI Members which are mostly based in Tangerang and Jakarta. M. Fadhil Faishal who is also one of the experts at McKarlen also shared some knowledge on how to do the optimum pump calculation using the software. This helps the participants a great deal.
“We will be holding more seminars throughout Indonesia this year and the following year”, said Budiman during the closing of the seminar.
