MDPT Series
The MDPT Series pumps are reliable and versatile submersible pumps designed for various industrial applications, such as wastewater management, mining, and the energy sector. With a robust design and advanced features, these pumps are built to handle demanding environments with ease.
The impellers are carefully balanced to ensure smooth and efficient operation, while the innovative design minimizes axial thrust. Optional motor cooling jackets allow the pumps to operate even in dry surroundings, making them highly adaptable to different setups.
Features
- 20 basic sizes covering wide range of operational area.
- Electric motor isolation class is IP 68.
- Discharge flanges conform to EN 1092-2 /PN 10. (EN 1092-1 / PN1O for steel or stainless steel casing)
- All impellers are balanced dynamically or statically according to ISO 1940 closs 6.3.
- Axial thrust is balanced by impeller back ribs. (Except double suction impellers.)
- In case of request motor cooling jacket is also applicoble. Upon request, the pumps having 30 kw or larger motor can be manufactured with cooling jacket. These pumps can also operate in dry surroundings.
- Bearings of MDPT type pumps are “Iife time grease lubricated” ball rings.
